All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable taxes where required by law.

Payments are securely processed through Stripe. By completing your purchase, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Any price changes will not affect purchases that have already been completed.

4. Delivery

Following successful payment, your e-book will be delivered electronically via a download link or other digital method. Delivery is usually immediate, although delays may occasionally occur due to payment processing or technical issues.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Digital Content)

By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of your e-book and acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery begins, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection law.

Once your e-book has been delivered, the purchase cannot be cancelled under the statutory right of withdrawal.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, purchases are non-refundable once the e-book has been delivered and the right of withdrawal has been waived as described above.

If you experience technical difficulties or receive a defective file, please contact us at thesketchwitch222@gmail.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue, including providing a replacement where appropriate.

7. Intellectual Property

All content contained in the e-book(s), including text, photographs, illustrations, graphics, and design, is the intellectual property of Leyla Marras Timuroğlu unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing an e-book does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute the content.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the e-book.
• Share the file with others or make it publicly available.

8. Personal Use

Each purchase is intended for use by one individual. If you wish to use the e-book for teaching, workshops, or any commercial purpose, please contact us to discuss appropriate licensing.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our e-book(s).
